There are two large rooms on the first
floor, Rosewood and Willow.
The rooms adjoin one another for families or friends
traveling together. Each has a queen bed. Both rooms
have private entrances and both feature oversized
corner whirlpool tubs set in a very large spacious
private bathroom with shower. Each room also has a
mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and ceiling
fan. Rosewood includes
a
daybed which can accommodate an additional

second floor has two large terraces with seating,
one overlooking historic Spanish Street, and the other
overlooking the vintage courtyard at the rear of the
house. All guest
on the 2nd floor have access to a mini-refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker and ice machine. Second
floor guests also enjoy their own private entrance
so they too can come and go as they choose.
