RESERVATION POLICIES:
Check in time is between 3:00
p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Arrivals after 7:00 p.m. can be accommodated
by discussing alternative arrangements with the Innkeeper.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
American Express cards are accepted. Prices are subject to
change without notice.
A deposit is required
to confirm your reservation. Should it be necessary to cancel
a reservation, a fee of $50.00 will apply to all cancellations.
In the event that the reservation is cancelled within 10 days
prior to arrival, the one-night deposit will become non-refundable.
If within 5 days prior to arrival, the entire stay may be charged
at Innkeeper's discretion, as it may be impossible to re-rent
the room at short notice.
Early unplanned departures and no-shows are charged
for the full stay as reserved.
Most weekends require a two-night minimum, especially
in peak season, and holidays and special events may require
more. Check with Innkeeper for possible exceptions.
Rates are based on double-occupancy. A third guest will be
charged an additional $25 in Rosewood, as applicable.
CHILDREN AND PET POLICIES:
We regret that we have had to adhere to stricter
policies regarding small children and pets. We can no longer
accommodate children under 10 and only in limited situations.
Small dogs can be accommodated in limited situations, and a
$75 cleaning fee will apply.
